In accordance with our methodology, the commencement of any debt recovery procedure is contingent upon prior payment of our invoice. Our contract guarantees you complete peace of mind by eliminating any concerns related to hidden costs.

- Fees: € 1 500
- Companies based in France and internationally: The commencement of any debt recovery procedure is conditional upon prior payment of our invoice.
- Guarantee: In the event of failure of the legal phase, our fee of € 1 500 will be fully refunded.

International: 11% of the amount to be recovered – Minimum €600 excluding VAT – Maximum €800 excluding VAT (guaranteed cap).
We offer transparent and advantageous terms for managing your receivables. Please note that legal fees are the responsibility of the client.
Here is an example of how our fees are calculated based on the invoice amount:
Debt collection in France:
Total amount of €25,000 (example: 6 invoices from the same debtor)
Our fee is €800.

- No success commission or additional percentage is applied to the amounts recovered.

- General Rules of Debt Prescription in France
If the age of the debt exceeds 60 months (5 years), the debt may be time-barred in accordance with the applicable legislation.
If the age of the debt exceeds 24 months (2 years), the debt may be time-barred in accordance with the applicable legislation.
SEGE-COM recovers your debts throughout France, regardless of the amount and the duration of the debt. However, we recommend acting quickly to maximize your chances of recovery.

- Failure in the judicial phase
We will reimburse our fees in the event of failure in the legal phase. Find all our detailed conditions in our free and non -commitment recovery agreement, which we will send you after an in -depth study of your file.

- Service upon estimate
In accordance with the terms of Article 202 of the Code of Civil Procedure, a report is prepared for submission to court, if necessary. This document is provided to the client upon receipt of payment of the invoice. All investigative work is carried out by our partner in compliance with the texts providing for invasions of the privacy of others, in particular Article 226-1 of the Criminal Code and the GDPR.

- Payment methods
We prefer payments by bank transfer. The necessary details are provided in the documents sent to both the payer and the payee, to ensure the security of all parties involved. This approach enables us to minimise the risk of fraud and identity theft, which have unfortunately become increasingly common. Furthermore, SEGE-COM will never contact you to request a card payment.
